Andrew Colyer – North American Tour with 3.2 featuring Robert Berry – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Sunday, October 19th, 2019 – Shank Hall – what a great place!  Notice the “Stonehenge” / PI-looking symbol over Jimmy’s head – because Spinal Tap actually played here!

Robert decided to Facebook Live the intro to “Watcher of the Skies”….

Before the show, we ate at this place – The Elephant Cafe – GREAT food, TERRIBLY SLOW service…

Earlier in the day, between Chicago and Milwaukee, we stopped and visited the Baha’i temple for North America….beautiful and amazing!

At 9:00 am, Paul Keller is documenting the tour progress between Chicago and Milwaukee:

Friday, October 18th, 2019 – Irving Theater, Indianapolis, Indiana – super cool yet haunted old theater?  But full of real music history.  Elvis played here.  Local promoter Mark Gasper is a great guy!

“Played the Irving Theatre in Indianapolis tonight where during the guitar solo in the very last song my volume dropped to almost nothing. Someone in this old theater was very serious when they told me ghosts probably had something to do with it.
(Apparently the theater has 4?)” — Paul Keller

When we arrived at the venue, Paul Keller captured the atmosphere:

Thursday, October 17th, 2019 – Ludlow’s Garage in Cincinnati, Ohio – very cool place! They’ve done a bunch of remodeling in this historic venue – many famous acts have played here, including the Allman Brothers.

Paul Keller captured the vibe during setup:

Earlier that day, it was Paul’s turn to sit in the front passenger seat of the tour bus:

Andrew Colyer – North American Tour with 3.2 featuring Robert Berry – Cleveland, Ohio

Wednesday, October 16th – What a great day! We toured and performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, then had a gig at The Kent Stage, in Kent, Ohio. Very cool venue! It’s a bit eerie to be in the same town where you know U.S. college students were shot dead by the National Guard, in the late 1960’s.

Paul Keller captured the vibe of the place as we were starting to load in:

The 2019 North American tour is heading across the heartland of America! We’ve finished the West Coast California leg, we’ve been to Canada, the East Coast, played ProgStock, and are now moving west. Here’s what we’re looking at for the next five nights in a row, as we play our way through the Midwest.  We’re in the Cleveland area today (Wednesday), touring and performing at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and our gig in Kent.  Tomorrow (Thursday) night in Cincinnati, Friday night in Indianapolis, Saturday in Chicago, and Sunday in Milwaukee.  Hope to see you at one of the shows!  🙂

“The next 5 days starting tonight in Kent. .:. Then Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Chicago & Milwaukee.” — Paul Keller

Andrew Colyer – North American Tour with 3.2 featuring Robert Berry – Travel Day Monday 10/14

Monday, October 14th – with the New York City gig at The Iridium being cancelled (they bumped us for a larger act – very bad form), we set out a day early for Ohio, which puts us there tonight, for our tour and performance at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame tomorrow!  🙂

“Where we will spend most of the afternoon. Happy Indigenous Peoples Day!” — Paul Keller

After an 8-hour travel day, we went out Monday night in Kent, near the college, for a yummy dinner at a Mediterranean restaurant. It also happened to be $4 martini night!
